Members or those trying the group must let Alex know if they are attending an event at least 48 hours in advance. The event needs a minumum of 2 members booked on to take place. Film Photography Day Dust off the old film camera, and load up the black and white or colour film You could try a high ISO 3200 B&W for a very grainy effect |
Meeting at Oxford Rd train station between 1245 noon and 1 pm We can decide on the day whether we stay in Manchester or take a train elsewhere from Oxford Rd Beg or borrow a film camera, and bring a digital as back up Plan is to scan images from negatives, possible dark room printing night to follow. Camera Culture Manchester is organised and funded
by professional photographer Alex Jerman
The group wouldnt work without its members and their participation
Try out your first event for free, choose from either a photography meet up or an artwalk. Please let Alex know that you would like to try the group, by email or telephone.

Please note some events are
for existing members only please check.
Members and people trying an event for the first time need to let Alex know, RSVP at least 48 hours in advance of the event. Please try to make it at the start time and meeting point or if you live near the destination, please be there at the time we reach a destination by train or car. If you choose to do this you will need to find out the train destination arrival time (due to train delays times cannot always be guaranteed)

If there is a lift share, please say if you need a lift or can offer when you RSVP at least 48 hours in advance. A minimum of 2 members plus the organiser, booked on in advance is needed for an event to go ahead.
